Grace Llewellyn is the author of The Teenage Liberation Handbook: How to Quit School and Get a Real Life and Education, published in 1991 and still in print. She is also the founder and director of Not Back to School Camp, an annual gathering for unschooled teens held in the US Pacific Northwest. Her work has inspired thousands of teenagers and young adults to take charge of their own education and lives. She is one of the most influential voices in the teen unschooling community.
