Harvard Museum of Natural History
About
The Harvard Museum of Natural History draws on collections from three Harvard research museums โ the Museum of Comparative Zoology, the Harvard University Herbaria, and the Mineralogical and Geological Museum โ displaying specimens that span the breadth of the natural world. Exhibits connect scientific research directly to public understanding of current issues in evolution, biodiversity, climate, and conservation. Massachusetts residents benefit from regularly scheduled free admission windows. The museum sits adjacent to the Peabody Museum of Archaeology and Ethnology, and a single admission covers both.
